Not all mobile homes are plumbed to allow regular household fixtures. The faucet part will go ok, but there will probably not be enough space to get the pop up feature to work.
I struggled for several hours on this once, before a plumber finally gave me good advice. Will a regular bath faucet work in a mobile home?
If I'm correct, mobile homes are stand up showers, so you will have very little space to work with but it's do-able. You have to make some small adjustment to the old piping system in the access area and you will not have sweat (using a torch) to attach the piping. You can cut the pipes to length, and use pressure coupling that require two adjustable or pliers. Just make sure you completely tighten both ends of the couplings and remember to put the ferrings (a ring that goes between the nut and coupling itself) inside the nuts of the couplings after yo have put the nut on first before tightening them together. Will a regular bath faucet work in a mobile home?
I own and am doing lots of work in my mobile home. The answer is yes. And there are a lot more things you can do in a mobile home.
A faucet is a faucet... the only things in mobile homes that are different are electrical items....
I think if the holes in the sink match the faucet, and pipes are same size you'll be okay.
