I am installing an American Standard 3375 bath/shower faucet. The instructions show the water source coming from below (basement) but my water lines come down from the attic instead. Can I invert the water valve and install it upside down?Need plumbing help installing new bath faucets?

Yes you can INVERT the water valve. Code requires cold on right and hot on left.
