One lever bath sink faucet has white cartridge about 1.75 inches in diameter and 3 tall. Anyone know the make?

I have checked Moen and Price Pfister. I sent photos to Moen and they said it is not their faucet. The online photos of Price Pfister's cartridges are too short.One lever bath sink faucet has white cartridge about 1.75 inches in diameter and 3 tall. Anyone know the make?

Try american standard they used to make an old ceramic cartridge that resembles that describtion. In either case it might be time just to change the whole faucet instead of trying to rebuild a fossil.

I'v been in the game for years and have seen,but can't remember a make,but my best advice is check with any local plumbers or older supply stores.Quite often local builders or supply houses will sell a line of faucets for a good length of time ..so ask around...I do know Delta has a white cartridge (can't remember the size)but there are hundreds of other makes.Other makes to look into are Crane...American Standard ...Taymor...Globe union...and maybe even Sears or Boulanger....like i said good luck!
