We had our own cleaning business (doing display homes) and used different products but you always have to dry and buff no matter what you use.. Rubbing alcohol White vinegar; Stainless steel polish (Zep mfg) anything with oil in it. I've always used windex,with brown paper towel. works great
they buff the crome with a dry cloth.
I don't know what they use, but we use Windex; or soap and water and then buff with a dry towel.
Probably Satin Shine stuff.
